What we're planning
Carefully considered, personal support
The following are proposed services, not currently available services. Final offerings and eligibility will depend on licensure, staffing, individual assessments and applicable approvals.

Planned around-the-clock supervision and help with daily needs, subject to the home's approved level of care.

Planned respectful assistance with personal routines, tailored to individual needs and care plans.

Under consideration; any medication-related services would depend on applicable licensing, qualified personnel and approved procedures.

Under consideration. We have not confirmed memory-care services, a special care unit or the ability to serve residents with particular cognitive support needs.

No. We are still planning the home and working through the licensing process. We are not currently operating or accepting residents.
How many residents are you planning for?
We are planning a small, six-resident home. Final capacity is subject to applicable approvals.

Will you offer memory care or medication management?
Both are being considered. We cannot confirm those services or eligibility for particular care needs until licensing, staffing and service plans are finalized.
